    HOW TO WOW CUSTOMERS WITH EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We have to build business to customer loyalty.

    Greeting customers courteously and using their names will make that customer want to come back to you.

    Thank them for using our service. No one likes dealing with ungrateful people.

    Is there is any information about a service or product that we do not know? Try to find out for the customer. Even if you can’t find the answer, your customers will appreciate an honest effort and will be glad if you can point them in the right direction.

    If the customer is upset about a complaint, we have to apologize for the inconvenience, calm down the customer and offer a solution. Then, when the customer is satisfied that his complaint has been properly addressed, thank him for bringing the problem to your attention. No amount of advertising can repair the damage done by failing to properly address a customer’s concern. Complainers have lots of friends and their friend have lots of friends.

    Always fit the customer’s need. if the customer ask you for advice, do not try to sell the product or service that gives you more profit, sell him the one that fits his needs.
