The literal meaning of paid shopper indicates that person who is getting paid for doing shopping. Isnt it astonishing? If you still did not get it, it means that somebody is going to pay you remuneration for buying some product that you will use for yourself. Appreciate them as much as possible and find out their weaknesses. It will help your company to develop its business in that field. If you are surveying your own company do not only pinpoint the flaws but also the good sides. These notes will identify the performers and incentives to them will be paid. It must be remembered that incentives enhance performance.

The process in which a paid shopper works is not at all complicated. You have to go through the questionnaire set by your company who has employed you in this job. You will give honest answers of those questions because on the basis of them they will make report. On the basis of that report they will reward the capable employee and will take necessary steps for the unable employee. Report also helps them to think over the present condition of the business. The difference between a regular shopper and paid shopper is that an ordinary customer will not bother about the company and their business. They will expect best quality of service. If they are happy with the service they will refer it to their friends. But if they are dissatisfied they will tell every one other than the company persons who will try to rectify the defect. So in one sentence such a shopper has a great responsibility to improve the business through their valuable services. The only qualification required to do the job is adulthood.
