1. They were treated with indifference.So really, all you have to do is to make sure your staff is engaged with your customers and gives accurate and timely service. That would take care of most problems, even if the product was not quite right. It doesn’t sound like that big a deal, does it?
But the fact is that retention of training is fleeting, people are distracted at work by non-work issues, people need constant refreshers and reinforcement and good habits are harder to keep than sloppy ones.
