Sometimes we see companies use secret shopping to “see what is going on” in their businesses without setting expectations. This is a recipe for failure. Without expectations, your staff will not know how to handle themselves. They will not konw how to make a successful shop happen.

You wnat your people to know how to ace a secret shop, so they will be successful and so your customers will feel good about doing business with you.

Get with your people and tell them what you are looking for.
