Santa shopping

Now is the time when people will go out of their way to make a purchase. There is something about the gift giving season that makes people do things they would not normally do. They will travel far out of their way to get a gift that they think someone must have.

The stories of Santa hunting across the globe to find what little Johnny asked for translate into reality.

It also gives us a chance to see which employees will be really helpful to buyers, or if the employee is just passing time. This is true in any business. People are stressed this time of year and need a little extra help and encouragement to make whatever purchase they are considering.
