Paid Surveys – Unbiased Business Evaluation

Elizabeth did a good job taking care of the things that she needed to take care of. She had a good head on her shoulders and always made the right decision even if it was a hard decision. She has had her ups and her downs but lately it has been her downs that have been more prominent.

No matter what happened to Elizabeth she always came out on top. Even when she was down, she found a way to climb out of the hole that she was in and made a difference in her life. At this time in her life, the reason she is down was due to a bad investment. She had committed some money toward some stock and then the stock price dropped lower than expected leaving her in bad place.

With Elizabeth being the head of a multimillion dollar company, it is not like her to make decisions like that that could hurt her financially. The good thing for her was that it hurt her not the company she represents. Still, she needed to get back on top and restore her financial security some how.

After the huge debacle, Elizabeth tried to do some research to find out what happened so this would never again happen to her. She found out that there many people that filled out a paid survey that gave their complete opinion about the service of her company. Also stated in the paid survey was that many of the past employees did not receive compensation for performing their job. This was a major blow to Elizabeth. She could not believe that she did not see this information.

In order to preserve the financial security of her company, she decided to get some people to fill out a survey on her company. She wanted to ensure that she was not being naive thinking all is well in her community. She ended up authorizing a paid survey to be filled out by over four hundred people. She figured to get an accurate view on how people react to their company would be worth the money she invested.

Luckily for Elizabeth, she was right. She found out that over half of the people that took the paid survey said that they would only use the services of her company no more than a couple of times. She gave the survey to a diverse group from different races, ages, and gender. The report showed her that her company did not do a good job following up on if they were any issues with their service. It also showed her that there was hardly anyone available to answer phone calls if the caller had a question.

Elizabeth was upset, but happy she conducted the paid survey experiment and made the changes necessary to ensure that more people could get assistance if they needed it. She assists her company in gaining more of a financial foot hold in the community. She just wishes she had made the right choices and did enough research to protect her own money.  But as everyone knows, hindsight is twenty, twenty and she was able to recover her mistake in her life with a couple of huge payoffs months later. She did more research than she ever did and she found out that many companies pay people to take surveys on their service so they can improve. This greatly helped her make the right decisions concerning their life.
