What do you get when you join a mystery shopper service ? This is often the question among the people who want to join the special shopping programs. The regular line is you get the joy of shopping for shoes, boat storage , electronics and more and get reimbursed for it too. You also get a fee for conducting the shopping and ultimately have the pleasure of what is meant when we say having your cake and eating it too. So on the first look the job seems easy with lots of fun and lots of fun it is when you get the chance of going out for a dinner and find someone pays the bill or you getting to a gas station and filling up your car and all things like that.

This report is delivered to the client within a very short period of say, a couple of days, for them to judge the immediate situation and take the corrective measures if needed. A successful shopping assignment adds to the reputation of both the shopper and the shopping service provider alike and their demand grows.

Finally, it may be said that the job under a mystery shopping service is not all fun as the payment one gets is not enough to support a regular livelihood. It is good for the people who are otherwise sitting idle like the stay at home mothers and retired people or who need little bit of money like the students. But one thing is for sure that it is interesting and those who likes shopping anyway this is good as they also get paid for their favorite pastime. One more serious point and that is the amount of reimbursement is always limited and there is no provision for unlimited shopping.
