• Make a list of the skills you think would benefit people who are a part of mystery shopping programs . These might include the ability to remain anonymous, inconspicuous, relaxed, and even some degree of dramatic skills. Once you put these together, you can work on showing that you have these in you.  Though the training and practice sessions that are part of mystery shopping programs help teach you these skills, any inherent talents you have are most useful. This will help you stand out from all the candidates being interviewed for those enviable few openings, and are therefore, important.

In order to do this, you need to have a sharp memory and a keen eye for detail. Being an attentive shopper and a patient listener are also useful apart from being an organized human being. Putting all of these to use, you might be able to draft a very good report on why you think or do not think that the shopping experience was a good one. Most of the companies already have a template that you can fill out so it is not a very difficult task. However, you do need to have the attention span and the memory needed to remember all the details of the experience.

 

Thus, with the help of a little preparation, you can well be on your way to being quite a star of the mystery shopping programs . Though being a job that many covet, only a few persons truly possess the qualities required to become an expert secret shopper.
