The final procedure in the mystery shopping programs includes the actual inspection of the establishment by the process of special shopping and generating the report. A team of experts analyze the report for any mistakes and then hand it over to the company for its perusal. The company then takes its own action. But sometimes the special shopping agencies also double up as consultation firms and provide solutions to the problems that have been detected by the special shopping program. In the end it has been found that the frenzy of employing special shopping agencies is not because every establishment is employing them, but because on every occasion they are proving to be profitable in the long run.
