Sometimes it is all in how you pronounce things. I saw a couple of greeting cards yesterday that have a little bit of a different take on some old sayings.

One card said “A fool and his money are soon partying”

Another card said ” Use moderation in all flings”

So I guess you have to pronounce what you say carefully to make sure you get out the right message.

Getting out the right message makes a difference. We looked at some quarterly results for one of our clients and found that the staff people with the best conversion rates of prospects had the best secert shopping evaluations. The staff people with the worst conversion rates of prospects had the worst secret shopping evaluations.

So doing your sales process correctly works.
