Our secret shopping business and call center is located right in the heart of Missouri. So some people would assume we’d consist mostly of a group of farm raised cowgirls and cowboys. Surprisingly, and thankfully, our little family bursts at the seams with a mixture of cultural diversity and we like it that way.

Our diversity is an advantage to you because on the secret shopping end of things, we’ll be able to shop your stores or properties with a new voice, bringing a new situation and experience to every call. It is important in a world that boasts diversity to appreciate the same in your business culture.

On the call center side of business it is a benefit to you for us to be multilingual for your customers who may not speak English, or prefer speaking another language. In fact, we have the option at the beginning of our calls to choose English or Spanish. This is a feature you can commonly find when you call your credit card company or bank, or other corporation. But in the self storage call center I believe we have the leading edge in this area.
