Clayton is a beautiful little town at the foot of a mountain, and reasonably close to San Francisco. To make a long story short, eventually a tow truck came and most of the items were transported to their destination, pretty worse for wear. It took time for the stuff exposed to the elements to dry out.  Some things made it. Other things didn’t. It is impossible to over state just how much time, effort and money could have been saved with a simple phone call to the nice people at Clayton Self Storage. Hopefully, once a lesson is learned, history doesn’t have to repeat itself, and late night cell phone conversations can be left to ordering pizza or Chinese takeout.
