Most of the agencies provide training for the fresh entrants to groom them for the work. The course materials and the training sessions are offered free of cost. The fraudulent firms, however, charge high fees for these services. They also lure candidates with placement guarantees. The certificates that they issue are of no value in the market and ultimately these agencies disappear from the scene, without doing any justice to their promises.
